What to expect in the first 2 visits?
– Your first appointment will last approximately 60-90 minutes. Please send in your completed intake-form, medications and supplements that you take regularly prior to your appointment. We will discuss your health concerns, perform pertinent physical exams, determine if any lab/imaging work needs to be completed or requested and discuss options, and potential treatment.

– Your second visit will be approximately 30-45 minutes. We will review all labs and/or imaging that was performed. We will also present you with a full treatment plan.
What to expect in the follow-up visits?
All follow up appointments will range from 25-40 minutes, depending on complexity.
Can I get an Rx Nutrient Shot or IV without a consult?
There is a consult required prior to any injection or IV, including intake and consent forms to ensure the treatment is suitable for you. This will include recommendations for baseline reports and/or testing requirements to assess appropriate dosages. Lab testing fees may vary according to insurance or out-of-pocket costs.
